This delightful cosy log cabin is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the lovely village of Northleigh with its 13th Century church and Colyton. Swallows is ideal for couples, accommodating two guests and is one of three holiday homes located at Barritshayes Farm that provide ideal accommodation for a realxing break or family holiday. Please note that the other two holiday homes both sleep four guests.

Conveniently located just four miles from the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline on the south coast of Devon, Swallows is in a peaceful position, with wonderful views over rolling countryside, sitting in eight acres of the Coly Valley. A haven for wildlife, this area is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding or relaxing on one of the lovely beaches at Seaton, Beer, Lyme Regis and Branscombe - all within a short drive.

The small historic town of Colyton is just two miles from Swallows, with its picturesque narrow streets, town square and quaint thatched cottages. It offers a good selection of local shops, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. The market town of Honiton is a little further away and four miles by car, offering a wide range of shops, pubs, railway station and access to the M5 and A30. With its regular farmers markets, twice weekly street markets and abundance of interesting little shops selling pottery and lace, along with antique shops, Honiton is a delight to visit.

In a superb elevated position, Swallows offers wonderful views and a perfect retreat for couples. It also affords guests the use of the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to October inc), along with a hard tennis court, well equipped games room, croquet and lawns for enjoying outside games.

There are many attractions and places of interest within this delightful area, along with beautiful walks from the front door.
