Enjoy a holiday by the waters edge

Whether you are looking for a holiday by the sea or a countryside retreat, we have a large collection of waterside properties to choose from. From peaceful creekside cottages where you can be at one with nature to large beach houses with a hot tub overlooking the sea; and fishermen’s cottages in the heart of a bustling harbour to romantic cosy log cabins beside a tranquil lake – the choices are varied with each having something special to offer water lovers.

A popular choice with many, a waterside location provides a relaxing environment. For fishermen we have cottages where you can fish directly from the front door; for boaters we have retreats with mooring facilities so you can investigate the waterways under your own steam; wildlife enthusiasts will love our lochside crofts where you may be lucky enough to spot otters, dolphins or seals and walkers or cyclists can enjoy our canal side locations with miles of towpaths to explore. We even have some self-catering boats for those who want to be right on the water!

From the Scottish Highlands right down to the Kent coastline, we have a great selection of beautiful cottages and self-catering accommodation by the waters edge.

Tips: Some properties may not accept children due to waterside risks – speak to the owner before booking to find out the properties suitability if you are bringing children and make sure they are supervised at all times around water. If you plan to fish, you may need a permit on some waters. Don’t forget your binoculars for wildlife spotting. Waterside properties are highly desirable and get booked up quickly so don’t delay!
