Fletchers Combe Farm is your private Devon estate—Farmhouse & Barn, exclusively yours, tucked in a quiet valley 5 minutes from the main road with routes to Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and the English Riviera, and 12 minutes from the A38 for Dartmoor, Plymouth, Exeter, and surrounding areas.
Two character homes sit 50 metres apart: the Grade-II listed Farmhouse (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) with an open-plan kitchen/diner for 8-10 plus a separate cosy lounge, both with wood-burning stoves; and the converted L-shaped Barn (7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms) across the Long Barn Wing & Tallet Wing, featuring an open-plan kitchen/living area with wood-burning stove, breakfast bar (4) and table (6–8), plus a large Tallet dining room seating 16 with space for an extra table to seat up to 22.
Outdoors: the Barn terrace has two Weber BBQs, firepit, hot tub, small enclosed garden and children’s play area. We’re a third-generation, family-run cattle farm and holiday home. Fletchers Combe is our home and little haven in the beautiful South Devon countryside—also where we work remotely while running the holiday lets and farm. We live within our 100-acre farm, just a five-minute drive from the holiday properties, so you’ll have privacy, but with help close by if you need it. Our home is your home during your getaway.
