There's a large kitchen/dining room which seats 12 people at the table and 5 at the breakfast bar plus a separate bar/lounge/games room with pool and table tennis tables, smart TV, Xbox and woodburner.  There's also a sun terrace/BBQ area with beautiful far-reaching views, private lawned garden and paddock play area with trampoline, basket swing, football goal and firepit.   Quiet location, only 5 mins to the South West Coast path and 10 mins walk to Ilfracombe seafront.

With no passing traffic you will enjoy the sound of birdsong and gaze in awe at the dark skies of Exmoors Dark Sky Reserve. With Superfast fibre broadband it is also ideal for remote working. The local beach is a haven for kayakers and paddleboarders and it's just a short drive to some of the countries most beautiful sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.  Weekend and mid week breaks available most of the year. Woodpecker Cottage is a wonderful holiday cottage for couples or families who want to be close to the South West Coast Path and the famous beaches of North Devon.
