Sea Vista is a spacious detached holiday home with a huge enclosed garden and space for six people to sleep in three bedrooms. The layout works for families, extended families and friends, and accommodation is over two levels with two bathrooms. The beach and bay plus shops, cafes, friendly pubs, and tasty takeaways are all within a five-minute walk, and there's a wide choice of attractions nearby, including gorgeous gardens, fun adventure parks, picturesque villages and the stunning South West Coast Path. Bookings are available all year round, with short breaks possible outside of peak season.

Take a relaxing holiday or break by the sea in one of eight pretty holiday cottages that sit in tranquil grounds in a secluded valley just 200 yards from the sea, between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin on the North Devon coast. Plenty of attractions close by including Watermouth Castle adjacent.

Hammonds is a Grade II listed home in Combe Martin on the North Devon coast. A cosy lounge with logburner, dining room and separate study/snug plus an outdoor table and gas BBQ gives comfy space for guests. Combe Martin beach is walking distance from the house and there are pubs and places to eat within a short walk. The beautiful big sandy beaches of North Devon are a short drive away. Close by find surfing, coastal walks and charming villages.  We cannot accommodate children under 4. Hammonds has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a cloakroom downstairs. The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. Bedroom three has twin beds and bedroom four has bunk beds. The original part of the house dates back around 450 years with a Georgian extension on the front. This means that there are some floor level changes on the first floor, with steps into bedroom three. All bedrooms have linen supplied and bath towels, but not beach towel

2 Gull Rock is a specious coastal holiday cottage in Woolacombe sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The sun deck at the front of the house has stunning views overlooking Woolacombe as the waves crash against the beach. There is parking for 1 car around the back of the property with steps leading down to the front door.   

8 Hartland House is a luxury coastal apartment in Woolacombe sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms with stunning sea views of Woolacombe beach. The modern and comfortable interior is perfect for friends or families looking to enjoy a holiday by the beach with 2 double bedroom and a 1 twin bed room each with a private en-suite. 

Perfect for gatherings of family or friends (not suitable for under 5s), Torrs Cottage offers spacious en-suite accommodation for up to 16 people with parking. Quiet location, only 5 mins to South West Coast path and 10 mins walk to Ilfracombe seafront. There's a sun terrace/BBQ area with beautiful views, private lawned garden and play area. A large kitchen/dining room seats 12 people at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar plus a separate bar/lounge/games room with a smart TV, Xbox, woodburner and pool/table tennis tables.
