As you soak in the wood-fired hot tub with the Yarty Valley spread out before you, you'll wonder why you've never been to Castlebury Barn before. This gorgeous holiday cottage is on the edge of the East Devon village of Membury in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a few miles from Axminster and around 20 minutes from the South West Coast Path and the Jurassic Coast. Finished and furnished to a very high standard, it accommodates four people in two ensuite bedrooms, with space for two more guests to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. The layout works well for couples, families or friends, with the same care and attention given to the outdoor space as the interior. 

Hawley Farm is in a fantastic location close to Dalwood and Axminster and within walking distance of the friendly Tucker's Arms pub. There are three beautiful self-catering cottages on the farm, each sleeping between four and seven people and enjoying far-reaching views. Guests can enjoy countryside walks from the door, and because the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site is only ten miles away, days at the seaside as well. Tourist board rating: 4 Star Gold
