This elegant Georgian manor has been sympathetically refurbished to sleep 31 people in 15/16 bedrooms, featuring multiple reception rooms, a cinema/party room and over four acres of professionally landscaped grounds. You can walk to the pub, supermarket, restaurants and cafes, or talk to the owner about brining the entertainment and catering in house. 

A modern stylish holiday home with fantastic views and the use of a hot tub providing a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the heart of the beautiful Blackdown Hills (AONB) in Devon. Close to the village of Hemyock, Sunnybank is a great base for discovering Devon's beauty and numerous attractions.

As you soak in the wood-fired hot tub with the Yarty Valley spread out before you, you'll wonder why you've never been to Castlebury Barn before. This gorgeous holiday cottage is on the edge of the East Devon village of Membury in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a few miles from Axminster and around 20 minutes from the South West Coast Path and the Jurassic Coast. Finished and furnished to a very high standard, it accommodates four people in two ensuite bedrooms, with space for two more guests to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. The layout works well for couples, families or friends, with the same care and attention given to the outdoor space as the interior. 

Penbridge Court is a beautifully restored, converted threshing barn with farm cottages grouped around a spacious courtyard and grounds. It is nestled on the edge of the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.    The perfect place to spend time with family and friends, the Penbridge Estate combines homely luxury with stress-free living. Dine in style, relax in the hot tub or snuggle up with a glass of your favourite bubbly. Ideal for celebration meals with friends and family, the dining room seats up to 24 guests banquet style.  

The Stables is a contemporary timber and stone holiday cottage with gorgeous views. It sits peacefully within 24 acres at Cleve Farm near Churchstanton in Somerset. It's a luxurious escape for couples or individuals who appreciate the tranquil surroundings of the the Blackdown Hills AONB. Guests have a private garden and access to pasture and woodland.  

Hawley Farm is in a fantastic location close to Dalwood and Axminster and within walking distance of the friendly Tucker's Arms pub. There are three beautiful self-catering cottages on the farm, each sleeping between four and seven people and enjoying far-reaching views. Guests can enjoy countryside walks from the door, and because the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site is only ten miles away, days at the seaside as well. Tourist board rating: 4 Star Gold
