An elegant Victorian villa in Robin Hood's Bay, Fernleigh is made for families, friends and gatherings. A beautiful spacious, part 12th, 15th and 18th century Grade II listed building of historical importance on the outskirts of the Kent village of Manston, just four miles from Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate on the Kent coastline. Ideal for groups of up to thirteen guests.  However, if you also wanted to book the two cottage next to The Chapel which also form part of the secluded grounds of Manston Court, which both have one bedroom and a sofa bed, groups of up to 21 are able to stay comfortably for that special occasion. We have now added an outside electric socket in the garden of The Chapel, so that guests can hire a hot tub to make their stay even more memorable.  We suggest Goodwins in Margate is a great place to hire out the hot tub.  Currently the price for up to 1 weeks hire is £270 which includes warm water.  When ordering the warm water we don't charge for keeping it nice and warm, we only charge if we need to provide the water and warm it up. Newton Farm is a large holiday cottage near Bicknoller on the edge of Exmoor National Park, sleeping twelve adults and two children in six bedrooms. This welcoming Somerset holiday rental has plenty of room for families and friends to spend time together, with two log burners, generous living areas and views across open farmland. A ground-floor bedroom with zip-link beds sits opposite a shower room, useful for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The West Somerset Steam Railway runs just beyond the fields, and steam trains are often seen drifting through the landscape. With the coast around ten minutes away and Exmoor nearby, Newton Farm works well for group holidays exploring Somerset.

Superb walks and mountain biking on the doorstep; a five minute walk from the pub in Llan Ffestiniog village and some of the areas top attractions (including Zip-World, Bounce Below, the Ffestiniog Steam Railway, Harlech beach and Portmeirion) within just fifteen minutes. Guests can enjoy plenty of space, a hot tub, extensive gardens with magnificent views and a high level of comfort.
