Butterdon is one of three historic Dartmoor self-catering cottages on the 50-acre Clifford Barton estate in the Teign Valley, a short walk from the River Teign and Fingle Bridge. There's plenty to keep everyone busy with a well equipped Games Barn, off-grid wood fired Hot Tub, Bike Pool and walks around Clifford Barton's stunning lake and beyond onto Dartmoor. Clifford Barton is exceptionally peaceful and its 50 acres of woodland, meadows, streams and lake are managed for wildlife so its a perfect location to unwind and enjoy nature. The converted barn sleeps up to five people in two bedrooms and is ideal for families, friends and couples. Dogs are also welcome. Exeter is 25 minutes away, and the South Devon coast is around 45 minutes by car. There's plenty to do in all seasons, whether you're the adventurous type and love to hike, climb, abseil, and mountain bike, or you enjoy sitting with a picnic and a great view.

Mardon sleeps five people in two bedrooms and is perfect for couples, families or friends, especially those who enjoy walking, wildlife, cycling and wild swimming. It's child and pet-friendly, with guests having access to a 50-acre nature reserve with a lake, games barn, mountain bikes, and a wood-fired outdoor hot tub. Mardon is a semi-detached barn conversion and one of three superb self-catering properties on the Clifford Barton Estate close to Drewsteignton and a short walk from the River Teign and Fingle Bridge. 

Bridesmere is a beautifully presented barn conversion, located in the stunning Dartmoor National Park. It sleeps up to 9 guests in three bedrooms and is one of three welcoming properties on the Clifford Barton Estate, where facilities include 50-acres of private nature reserve with a lake with sheltered yoga platform, a woodland platform for birdwatching, a games room and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is perfect for families and friends, especially those who enjoy walking, wildlife, cycling, wild swimming, and scenic views. Dartmoor's vast open moorland is a 20 minute drive, Exeter is around 25 minutes and you can reach Devon's spectacular coast in 45 minutes. Local attractions include Go Ape and mountain biking at Haldon Park, Castle Drogo, and Crealy Adventure Park. 

The Cowshed is a peaceful haven in a beautiful location just outside of Moretonhampstead. Shops, pubs and cafes are all within walking distance, and there are miles of easy footpaths, superb cycling routes and bridleways nearby. The cottage is in Dartmoor National Park and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet also close to favourite attractions such as Bovey Castle Hotel and Golf Course, Castle Drogo, and the high moor. The cottage is light and spacious with a private courtyard and a balcony with lovely views. It is perfect for couples but can also accommodate up to two children on a double sofa bed.
