Wootton Lodge is a luxurious holiday rental with EV charging and a unique Tree House balcony in the large fully enclosed garden. It's beautifully presented, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms with spectacular views towards Exmoor and no passing traffic.
The lodge is a fantastic choice for families or friends who want easy access to beaches, Exmoor, walks, and scenic cycling routes without compromising on space or privacy. The spacious holiday home sits amongst 90 private acres of grounds, including meadows, streams, and woodland. When you're ready to venture out, you'll find a vast expanse of beautiful countryside with footpaths, bridleways and mountain bike trails to explore and enjoy. The Tarka Trail covers 180 miles, 30 of which have traffic-free cycling.
There's no way you can visit North Devon and not spend time at the beach. Take your beach chair to Saunton Sands, Northam Burrows, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde Bay, or Combe Martin. You'll get sublime views from the South West Coast Paths and beautiful Exmoor is just a 30minute drive.
For golfers Libbaton Golf Course is just a mile away there is also plenty of fishing including Stafford Moor Fishery close by. Other attractions include The BIG Sheep is a full day of family fun, as is The Milky Way. Those with an adventurous soul can ride quad bikes, play paintball and throw axes at Keypitts. For a different perspective of the coast, book a sea safari on a speedy RIB or a seat on the more sedate Ilfracombe Princess to spot seals, dolphins and porpoises.

Wootton Lodge is a beautiful light and airy barn conversion with panoramic views. Accommodation is all on ground floor level with no internal stairs.
Outside: Two large French windows open onto the private garden with a unique Tree House balcony. There is also a dining area complete with charcoal barbecue and a firepit. There is off-street parking for four cars with EV charging.
Additional Information: Bed linen, bath towels, WiFi and utilities are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome by arrangement and a small surcharge. Wootton Lodge is a non-smoking property.
