About Stone Row Cottage

Situated in the picturesque village of Lingdale and owned by a local born & bred family Stone Row Cottage is the perfect getaway. Boasting two bedrooms, one master double and one twin, bathroom with bath and shower, modern fully fitted kitchen with dining for six people and cozy living room with smart TV, WiFi and sofa bed this traditional terraced cottage style house offers everything you would expect of a family home for your holiday.

Ideally located with two beaches and the historic market town of Guisborough all within a 15 minute drive and the infamous Whitby a 25 minute trip away over the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors which skirts The Cleveland Way, that runs for 110 miles between Helmsley and the Brigg at Filey.

Local amenities include a shop, fish shop, pharmacy & butchers with the nearest pub been just over a mile away in the village of Boosbeck.

Two children's play parks are located within the village minutes from the front door and Moorsholm Woods and many more beautiful walks are just on the doorstep.

Well behaved dogs (and children) are most welcome with the rear of the property fully enclosed with high fences and locked gates with a picnic table.
