Westward Ho! has long been a favourite holiday destination. The beach has a tidal swimming pool, rock pools, and a long sandy shoreline. Seaglass is just under a mile from the village centre, where you'll find shops, a small supermarket, restaurants and bars. Guests can go swimming, surfing and sailing, play golf on the Royal North Devon Club's links, and enjoy walks along the South West Coast Path and Northam Burrows.
There is lots to see and do on holiday in Westward Ho! Kids love poking about in the rock pools, while locals and visitors make good use of the sea pool for their morning laps. You're never too old to learn to surf, but perhaps you'd prefer a leisurely walk to Cornbrough Cliffs if surfing sounds too energetic. Being a proper seaside resort means amusement arcades where the kids will be happy with a handful of change and the prospect of winning some Haribo. Tuesday night is film night at Westward Ho!'s own pop-up cinema, the Ho!Deon in Kingsley Hall, and don't miss the summer series of Sunset Festivals that run every Saturday evening by the seafront.
Days out can include shopping and lunch in Barnstaple, going on the rides at The Big Sheep, bird watching in Northam Burrows Country Park, driving down the coast to Boscastle and Tintagel, or following the Tarka Trail on foot or bicycle. RHS Garden Rosemoor is only a few miles away, as is The Milky Way Adventure Park, and you can reach Exmoor National Park in under an hour.
Seaglass is on a quiet estate with no passing traffic and a private footpath leading to the beach. It's available for bookings all year round.

Outside: The balcony has a toughened glass balustrade. There is off-street parking for two cars at the front and a sunny rear patio with a hot tub and a table and chairs at the rear.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. A travel cot (no bedding) and a high chair are available. Guests to provide beach towels if they are required. Well-behaved dogs are welcome through prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted.
