Ocean Reach Holiday Homes offers three architect-designed holiday homes of the highest standard. Seven Ocean Reach is featured within this advert. With sensational ocean views, this stylish holiday home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, and is as comfortable for couples (one or two) escaping for a romantic break as it is for families on a bucket-and-spade holiday.

Ocean Reach has a restaurant (also offering take-aways to residents) and bar, so you are only a few steps away from a delicious meal and a refreshing drink if you do not feel like cooking dinner. Ocean Reach is on Bolberry Down which borders the South West Coastal Path, and is just one and a half miles from the popular Hope and Anchor pub in Hope Cove. Kingsbridge and Salcombe are both a short drive or pleasant cycle away, while Totnes and Dartmoor National Park are within half an hour by car. The market towns and surrounding area are full of charming cafes, independent shops and excellent pubs serving local produce, as well as historic buildings, local museums and beautiful country houses.

As lovely as the towns and villages are, it is the stunning coast and beautiful countryside that draws people to South Devon. Ocean Reach is close to world-class beaches such as Hope Cove, South Milton Sands, Thurlestone, Bantham and Burgh Island. The Kingsbridge Estuary is perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking, while Salcombe is a favourite with those who like to sail. Dartmoor’s ancient landscape and granite tors are within driving distance and provide fantastic opportunities for walking, climbing, mountain biking and horse riding; and there are two reputable golf clubs within ten miles of Ocean Reach.

Seven Ocean Reach is finished to an exceptionally high standard, with top quality appliances and furnishings. Underfloor heating accentuates the open-plan design, allowing your eye to be drawn to the beautiful views through the large windows and sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and living space.

The owners have given great care to anticipate their guests' needs, providing extras like hair dryers, books, maps, guidebooks and information about the local area. Younger guests are well catered for with a highchair, cot, toys and games.

Accommodation Comprises:

Downstairs

  • The ground floor open-plan living area enjoys fabulous sea views and offers plenty of space to cook, dine and relax.
  • The living area has a dining table with four chairs and a wall-mounted flat screen television with comfy sofa and chairs for relaxing whilst watching a movie or just soaking up the sea views. Doors lead into the balcony with table and chairs and garden beyond.
  • The kitchen area is stylish with everything needed for self-catering including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of cupboards and worktop space.
  • Shower room with WC and wash basin.

Upstairs

  • The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and fabulous views to wake up to. Glass doors lead out to a second balcony - the perfect place for enjoying your morning cup of tea.
  • The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with two single beds and storage.
  • A family bathroom includes a separate shower, bath, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Outside: There is an enclosed garden with sea views, including a patio, outside furniture and lawned area. Guests also have an additional balcony with sea views accessed off the master bedroom. Off-road parking.

Additional information: Up to three dogs are accepted free of charge. There is WiFi and central heating throughout. All utilities, linen and towels are included. Short breaks are possible - please enquire with the owner. No smoking.
