Kingsbridge and Salcombe are both a short drive or pleasant cycle away, while Totnes and Dartmoor National Park are within half an hour by car. The market towns and surrounding area are full of charming cafes, independent shops and excellent pubs serving local produce, as well as historic buildings, local museums and beautiful country houses.

The owners have given great care to anticipate their guests' needs, providing extras like hair dryers, books, maps, guidebooks and information about the local area. Younger guests are well catered for with a highchair, cot, toys and games.
Outside: There is an enclosed garden with sea views, including a patio, outside furniture and lawned area. Guests also have an additional balcony with sea views accessed off the master bedroom. Off-road parking.
