Morocco House sits in a stunning location above the River Dart, with fantastic views of the water from practically every room. Accommodation is over four levels and includes room for four people to sleep in two spacious bedrooms, or six people if you make use of the double sofa bed in the attic room (with fabulous views!). The house is across the river from Dartmouth in the beautiful village of Kingswear, within walking distance of the ferry to Dartmouth, village shops, and the friendly Steam Packet pub. It is set on the coastal path within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and perfect for couples, friends or families.
Kingswear is a fantastic place to stay in Devon. Less crowded than neighbouring Dartmouth, it boasts gorgeous views of the River Dart to the west, and the stunning South Hams countryside to the east. The entire region is protected as part of the South Devon AONB, and there are miles of footpaths and cycling trails to enjoy in every season, including the Kingswear and Brownstone Battery Walk.
Local attractions include Coleton Fishacre, Woodlands Family Theme Park, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and Dartmouth Castle. Kingswear train station, which is only a short stroll from Morocco House, is on the Totnes line and links to Exeter, Plymouth and Paignton, so there is lots of choice for a day out without needing a car, whether you want to shop, sightsee or sun yourself on the beach. Kingswear is also a terminus for heritage Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway.

Morocco House is a period property set on a cliff above the River Dart. Accommodation is over four levels. Every room is furnished to a very high standard using a neutral colour palette that reflects the area's beautiful surroundings.

Outside: Morocco House has a pretty garden with more fantastic views of the river, and garden furniture and an outdoor garden room. The garden is reached via a path shared with the neighbours. Guests can book a parking space at the nearby marina.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi and bed linen are provided. Guests to supply bath and beach towels. Short breaks are possible outside of the high season, depending on availability. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome with prior agreement. Smoking is not permitted. £250 security deposit required.
