Bigbury Apartment 7 is a fantastic holiday home directly by the sandy beach at Bigbury-on-Sea and is part of the stunning Burgh Island Causeway Apartment complex. The uninterrupted views from your own private terrace make it a joy to get up in a morning!
The self-catering apartment is ground floor accessible by lift or stairs and all on one level. It’s perfect for families, friends, or couples, and accommodates four people in two ensuite bedrooms, as well as being pet friendly. For larger families an inflatable single bed is available. Guests have access to the onsite facilities that include the Café, indoor pool, gym, and sauna.
Bigbury-on-Sea is a favourite Devon holiday spot. Despite its popularity, it retains its laid-back charm. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you have soft sand, shallow waters, local walks, golf nearby, and plenty of opportunities for bodyboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and stand up paddle-boarding. Dogs are welcome on the beach in front of Bigbury 7 all year round, and during the summer the beach is patrolled by the RNLI with lifeguards. Feeling energetic? What could be more stimulating than going for a swim or a surf before breakfasting on your waterfront terrace overlooking the sand and the waves? Feeling less energetic? Simply enjoy the view, the ebb and flow of the tides as the sea meets in front of you, the incredible sunsets, or even try some star gazing.
Your holiday can include all the beach and water activities, visiting the local pubs and restaurants, walks on the South West Coast Path, and maybe a sea tractor ride over the sand to Burgh Island. There are attractions to suit all ages and interests, whether you stay close to the coast or go inland to Dartmoor National Park. Take a ride on the Plym Valley Railway, or treat the kids to a day at Dartmoor Zoo or Woodlands Theme Park. Day trips can include sightseeing and shopping in Salcombe, Plymouth and Dartmouth.

Outside: Glass sliding doors open onto the beachside private terrace with an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 or more, additional sun loungers and recliner chairs, and a chest of various beach toys.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. A travel cot (no bedding), booster seat, and inflatable adult single bed are available on request. Dogs are welcome with bowls provided. Beach toys and two body boards are provided. Guests to bring their own towels for the pool and beach, and their own dog blankets/towels if bringing pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Apartment 7 has allocated parking for two cars.
