Townhouse 2 is a spacious townhouse on the most desirable street in Scarborough. Six luxurious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with the potential to book the adjacent townhouse to sleep parties of up to 24 friends and extended family members. Scarborough's North Bay beach is just a few minutes' stroll from the door, with the town's excellent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants also within walking distance.
Scarborough has the potential to be all things to all people. Families with kids love the award-winning beaches, traditional seaside entertainment and fun local attractions, while adults enjoy shopping, upmarket restaurants and the opportunity to explore the beautiful North Yorkshire coast. There is a full calendar of events ranging from the famous Scarborough Festival held annually at the cricket ground, to the Tour de Yorkshire, Maritime Seafest and Christmas fairs.
It's unlikely you'll tire of Scarborough's beautiful beaches, but if you feel like a change of scenery, then the North York Moors National Park is practically on the doorstep. Walking, cycling, climbing and treetop adventures are just a few of many ways to enjoy being outdoors, making Scarborough a fantastic holiday destination in every season.
Days out can include a trip to the ancient city of York - about a 45-minute drive away - with its historic buildings and modern city entertainments. Alternatively, head north to the coastal town of Whitby or picturesque Robin Hood's Bay, or inland to Whitby Forest where there are mountain bike trails and a Go Ape venue. Closer to home, Scarborough attractions include the Sealife Centre, the Alparmere Water Park, Scarborough Castle, and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Townhouse 2 is a charming house with period features, high ceilings and spacious rooms. It is connected to the adjacent Townhouse 1 via a door in the kitchen which is kept securely locked if the properties are not booked together.
Outside: The on-street parking requires a permit which the owners provide.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome through prior arrangement and for no additional charge. Smoking is not permitted. Outside caterers can be arranged.
