Deeside House is an ex-shooting lodge, built in 1825 & has a brilliant location next to The River Dee in Dentdale in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Deeside House is ideally located so guests can enjoy the beauty the Dales has to offer, with Hawes, Askrigg Ribblehead, Dent & Sedbergh all within a 20 minute drive. Windermere & The Lakes are less than 40 miles away.
The house has 7 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps up to 25 persons with a total of 8 bathrooms.
Property bedroom layout:
Ribblehead: King double + two bunk beds = 6 max
Ingleborough: King double + one bunk bed = 4 max
Pen-y-ghent: King double + one bunk bed = 4 max
Cowgill: Double = 2 max
Great Knoutberry: Four poster double = 2 max
Whernside: Double + three single bunk beds = 5 max
Hawes: King double = 2 max.
We have spare single beds available to change this arrangement if necessary.
Hawes bedroom is located on the ground floor right next to a shower/bathroom. Bedrooms 1-6 are located upstairs and they all have en suite bath/shower rooms. There is also an additional bathroom upstairs.

With plenty of space to relax; including a lounge with a piano, dining room, games room and private garden which makes it the perfect place for families and friends. There is a large dining room, a games room with a pool table, table tennis table, football game table & a dart board. Large commercial kitchen with a huge fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. The boiler room doubles as the drying room.
The outside space is extensive with private parking, a large lawned garden bordered by The River Dee below.
