Church House Barn is a beautifully renovated barn in the quiet Cumbrian village of Newton Arlosh, in the North of the Lake District. The village pub and medieval church are a short stroll away from the holiday cottage, while the Solway Coast and Lake District are within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do in every season, whether you want to walk along the coast, climb a mountain, go birdwatching in marshland, explore the UNESCO site of Hadrian's Wall and Birdoswald Roman Fort, or shop and sightsee in Carlisle. Golf, horse riding, mountain biking and fishing are also popular. The self-catering cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it works well for friends as well as couples and families.
