Church House Barn is a beautifully renovated barn in the quiet Cumbrian village of Newton Arlosh, in the North of the Lake District. The village pub and medieval church are a short stroll away from the holiday cottage, while the Solway Coast and Lake District are within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do in every season, whether you want to walk along the coast, climb a mountain, go birdwatching in marshland, explore the UNESCO site of Hadrian's Wall and Birdoswald Roman Fort, or shop and sightsee in Carlisle. Golf, horse riding, mountain biking and fishing are also popular. The self-catering cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it works well for friends as well as couples and families.

At the end of a quiet country lane you will find beautiful, Wall and Lakes cottage with its large garden, parking for two vehicles and open fields behind. All just a short stroll into the friendly market town of Brampton with its pubs, shops and amenities.  As you walk up to the bungalow there are steps with study handrails to both the front and side porch doors leading to level access within the bungalow.  Comfortable and clean Wall and Lakes Cottage provides quality and value, sleeps 4 in luxury bedding with a cosy stove and beautiful countryside views.  Family friendly the front king size bed can also split into 2 singles.

The Old Bothy is a beautiful self-catering cottage to rent close to the Cumbrian market town of Wigton, a great restaurant and a friendly pub. It's on a cattle and arable farm with fantastic views and superb access to the northern lakes and fells of the Lake District, the Solway Coast AONB, and Hadrian's Wall. The holiday home sleeps four people in two bedrooms and is finished and furnished to a high standard with original features, a wood burning stove, and lots of welcoming touches.
