Orchard Cottage, set within a beautiful apple orchard, embodies sustainable living and serene comfort. Once an agricultural barn, this restored timber-framed retreat accommodates up to eight guests. Inside, rustic charm meets modern amenities, with rich timber beams, a cozy wood-burning stove, and inviting furnishings.

Mornacott Farmhouse is a beautifully refurbished property in the peaceful Devon countryside, accommodating up to 14 guests. Guests have access to an onsite swimming pool, sauna, games room and sports field, in addition to a network of footpaths which cross the wider estate.

Gather your family and friends for a relaxed holiday at Hurstone House. This big holiday cottage is in Waterrow in Somerset, half an hour from the coast and close to Taunton and popular attractions like Sheppy's Cider Farm, Dunster Castle and Knightshays. The house, which is only half a mile from the river and village restaurant/pub, is dog friendly and accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms and has the potential to sleep two more in a separate annexe. Spacious and welcoming, guests have lots of space inside and out and enjoy amenities such as a games room with a pool table and an outdoor hot tub. Family celebrations, relaxed weekends with friends, retreats to clear your mind, soothe your soul and lift your spirits are what Hurstone is all about. 

Woodhouse is located ten miles west of Tiverton in the heart of beautiful unspoilt rolling Devonshire countryside. Nestling amongst forty acres of woods and pasture, it is the perfect holiday home to get away from it all, and ideal for spending time with friends or family. Centrally located, both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy driving distance, as are the north and south coastlines.

Located in a desirable unspoilt area of Devon with exceptional views, this spacious holiday home provides a perfect self-catering base for relaxing amongst beautiful countryside or exploring Devon and its many delights. Cadeleigh village is a short walk away from Oakwood Farm with a good pub; Tiverton and Exeter are within easy reach and there are lovely walks and bike rides on the doorstep as well as fantastic free on-site fishing lake.

Duvale barn has 16 bedrooms able to accommodate up to 44 people. You can also hire 2 More additional bedrooms to take the total occupancy up to 48 people.
