Set against a scenic hillside, Barn Cottage offers a charming and tranquil countryside retreat. The ground floor features an open-plan design that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Upstairs, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, and patio doors open to a private terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing in nature. The living room, complete with a wood burner and a collection of games, provides an intimate atmosphere for cosy evenings.
Guests have access to an onsite swimming pool, sauna, games room and sports field, in addition to a network of footpaths which cross the wider estate. Other onsite activities include guided wildlife safaris, wildlife photography and fishing. We also offer maps for self-guided walking trails through the estate, and have a wildlife viewing hide which overlooks Exmoor National Park. There are several chickens on the farm and with advanced notice you may be able to with the morning feeding and even collect your own fresh eggs for breakfast!
Barn Cottage is nestled within a spectacular conservation estate amid the rolling hills of North Devon. Exmoor National Park lies just to the north of the estate's borders, and the scenic North Devon coastline, with its outstanding beaches and panoramic walking trails, is within easy reach.
