Spacious enough to offer guests space to sit quietly on their own or join in all the fun in the main lounges. This property has 2 main large lounges and 2 smaller ones. There is a pool table in the property and a table tennis table in the garden. The garden area has a tastefully decorated summer house with comfortable sofas, this building also has WiFi. The front side area has a hot tub for a maximum of 7 people at once. There is a climbing frame area for children. Children must be supervised at all times. There are also sofas here for you to relax and catch the sun. This property really offers you comfort and space. It has an enclosed garden and the property is actually set in a valley, it really is picturesque. Parking is available for 20 cars, extra parking is possible, please let us know.
The property is set in the beautiful exe valley, Not far from Exmoor. You have Wimbleball Lake, Tarr Steps, Tiverton canal all great for walkers only a short drive away. Endless beaches to drive to Minehead, Dunster, Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton, Exmouth, Dawlish. Bampton and Tiverton are the local towns and the cathedral city of Exeter is approximately half an hour away. There is a golf course in Tiverton.

Cosy, large, Converted barn to make one large property for a large gathering, this property is all one house , 16 (44 people) or 18 bedrooms can be hired for up to 48 people. This barn is on an old converted farm yard and there are also slightly smaller properties available to hire, one with disabled access that can sleep up to 29 people in 10 bedrooms and the other has 8 bedrooms able to hold a maximum of 26 people. Each property is completely separate from one another and private.
