Regency Villas are within the walled garden on the beautiful Broome Park Estate, near Canterbury in the Kent countryside. The location and accommodation are ideal for couples, families or friends. Each of the 26 holiday cottages has two en-suite bedrooms and can sleep up to six people, including children and infants. All properties are private and self-contained, with a well-equipped kitchen for a self-catering golf holiday on the edge of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In less than two hours from central London, you can be teeing off on the 18-hole golf course or relaxing with a drink in the on-site Mansion House bar and restaurant.
The 16th-Century Broome Park Estate is in Barham, seven miles south of Canterbury and within easy reach of gardens and other attractions that makes Kent a fantastic holiday destination in any season. You don't need to leave the resort to have an incredible time, playing daily rounds of golf and using the excellent facilities that include tennis courts, squash courts, a swimming pool, bars and restaurants. However, you'll find lots to see and do if you want to venture out. Explore ancient buildings and world-class museums in Cambridge, throwing in some shopping and punting on the River Cam to make your day even more special. Sun yourself on the Kent coastline or take the ferry from Dover to Calais and stock up on French delicacies. London is accessible by train or car for an exciting day in the capital. Kent is generously scattered with castles, gardens, countryside footpaths and scenic cycling routes.
Regency Villas offer the atmosphere of a home-away-from-home with the convenience and security of a hotel. Golf and leisure facilities are included with the rental.

Each villa has a similar layout with space to accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms with a double sofabed in the living room to sleep two extra guests. Some villas have bunk beds for children but still sleep a maximum of six guests. Accommodation is entirely on one level.
Outside: Cottages share beautifully landscaped gardens with seating areas. There is allocated off-street parking.
Additional Information: Golf, leisure facilities, bed linen and bath towels are included. Cottages do not have WiFi, but there is free WiFi in the hotel. Electricity is calculated according to use. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
