The Farmhouse is a spacious and homely retreat tucked away in peaceful Harty, on the Isle of Sheppey. Sleeping up to 21 guests across eight bedrooms, it’s the ideal setting for large family gatherings, milestone celebrations, or a relaxed getaway with friends. There’s room for everyone to unwind, with generous living areas inside and wide open spaces outdoors — all framed by glorious countryside views. From the doorstep, you can stroll to the coast, explore nearby nature reserves, or head over to the award-winning Ferry House restaurant. The Farmhouse is one of five welcoming holiday cottages on Mocketts Farm and is available for bookings all year round, offering a proper escape to the heart of the Kentish countryside. Please note, The Ferry House will close for regular dining from April 2026, reopening on select dates for special events.
