Harrier's Nest is a stylish, wood-clad holiday cottage in Harty on the Isle of Sheppey, within walking distance of the coast and the fantastic Ferry House. The property sleeps 4+ people in 2 bedrooms and suits couples or families who want to get away for a few nights to recharge and unwind. Guests can enjoy beautiful views over fields and countryside, strolling to the pub for long lazy lunches and evening 'sun downers', a private garden for relaxing in the sunshine and shared grounds that include picnic areas, an enclosed duck pond and a games room. Harrier's Nest is also dog friendly and has a fully fenced dog safe garden. There is also an exercise paddock available for Mocketts Farm Cottages guests to book. Being so close to London, Harriers Nest is perfect for those times when you just want to escape away!

Marsh View is on Mocketts Farm on the Isle of Sheppey, within walking distance of the coast and The Ferry House at Harty. The spacious holiday cottage sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms and has a flexible layout that works well for families, extended families and friends. The location is perfect at any time of the year as it is close to two national nature reserves and beautiful beaches, yet only half an hour from Maidstone and an hour from Canterbury and London.

Tucked away in the sublime pocket-sized piece of heaven that is Harty, the modern barn conversion sleeps 6+ people in 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families or friends. It is one of five superb holiday properties on Mocketts Farm, whose owners also run the 2AA Rosette Ferry House pub just a short walk away. Beaches, countryside walks and cycling routes are all nearby. Fleet Lodge is also dog friendly and has its own fully-fenced dog safe garden. We have also recently opened a dog exercise paddock for the use of all Mocketts Cottages guests. As you sit in the garden with a drink, listening to the birds and taking time to breathe, you'll scarcely believe this retreat is only an hour from London and even closer to Canterbury.
