Deerhurst Cottages are located on a two hundred and thirty acre organic dairy farm sitting in the peaceful Gloucestershire village of Deerhurst alongside the River Severn. The cottages are perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds with its many attractions, along with the Malvern Hills and Forest of Dean. Also within easy reach is the medieval town of Tewkesbury, the large spa town of Cheltenham which is great for shopping and Gloucester with its historic docks.
Formerly the old cart shed, the building has now been converted into two holiday cottages that each offer self-catering accommodation with a high degree of comfort and style - the perfect retreat to relax amongst tranquil rolling countryside.
The area offers numerous attractions and activities with something to suit all ages and energy levels. Enjoy the thrill of a day at the races at Cheltenham Race Course; play a game of golf or walk the footpaths that run through the farm, surrounding countryside and alongside the River Severn (the country's longest riverside walk with plenty of places to enjoy a picnic); try your hand at fishing on the river; walk across the fields to the site where the Civil War of Tewkesbury in 1471 took place; or discover the legend of the 'Deerhurst Dragon'- the choices are endless!
The nearby Cotswolds villages and towns offer a great selection of pubs and restaurants serving everything from local ale in a traditional inn to fine dining in one of the many gastro pubs. Alternatively, pick up some wonderful local produce and rustle up supper back at one of the cottages where you will find modern well equipped kitchens with everything needed for a relaxing night in.

Swanlands sleeps four guests (plus cot) and is the larger of the cottages affording spacious presented accommodation. Beautifully furnished with traditional character including beams and exposed brickwork, the cottage has a sunny aspect with windows from ceiling to floor on the west side letting the afternoon sunshine flood in.
Single level accommodation is spacious offering an open-plan lounge, modern well equipped kitchen/dining area, bathroom (with heated towel rail, WC, wash basin and shower over bath) and spacious bedrooms (a double and twin). There is a patio with garden furniture (BBQ available) for alfresco dining.
