Lower Mill is a dream holiday destination for anyone who yearns for the peace and beauty of the English countryside. Guests at Beaver Brook have access to the estate's fantastic facilities that include tennis courts, lakes, adventure playgrounds, a spa with treatments, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a sauna, and miles of footpaths and cycling routes. There is also a man-made beach just two minutes away by car. The estate has a 450-acre private nature reserve to provide a delightful oasis of calm in the modern world. Children can play and ride their bikes without having to worry about cars as the whole Estate has a strict speed restriction in place.
From summer days spent boating on the lake to woodland walks spotting wildfowl in winter, there are four seasons of fun waiting to be had. Local attractions include Westonbirt Arboretum, the Cotswold Country Park and Beach with the amazing inflatable obstacle course 'Aquaventure', and the Corinium Museum and Roman amphitheatre at Cirencester. Guests can hire bicycles, go waterskiing and kayaking, try paintballing and archery, and even enjoy an adrenaline-fuelled track day.
The surrounding towns and villages are a gold mine of quality restaurants ranging from gastropubs to Michelin starred establishments, High Street shops, bijou boutiques, and weekly markets. You can do something different every day of your holiday, or go no further than the waterfront deck with some corn or seeds to keep visiting ducks happy.

Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Travel cot (no bedding) and highchairs are available at the house at no extra cost. Short breaks are possible outside of school holidays and depending on availability. Smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no hen or stag parties.
Lower Mill Estate also has two tennis courts, two children’s play areas, a soft play area and 450 acres of private nature reserve with lakeside walks and cycle routes. Wildlife includes over-wintering wildfowl, otters, owls, bats, deer, and the first European Beavers to be introduced in England.
