This elegant period property sits at the heart of our Cotswold Manor Estate in the hamlet of Petty France, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. Just minutes from charming villages and only 20–25 minutes from Bath and Bristol, it offers the perfect blend of countryside escape and city convenience. Westonbirt Arboretum is just a 10-minute drive away, and a popular pub serving excellent food is right across the road.

The Manor House offers a grand yet welcoming setting for any stay, with landscaped gardens and a covered outdoor hot tub area – perfect for relaxing in the fresh Cotswold air at any time of year.

Inside, the impressive dining room comfortably seats the whole group and features a cosy open fire – ideal for long celebratory meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or by a private chef. The large, stylish lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and also boasts a traditional open fire, making it the perfect place to gather after a day exploring. High ceilings, original features, and large windows add to the sense of space and occasion.

The six bedrooms are generously sized and offer a flexible mix of king doubles and twins to suit different group types, all tastefully furnished with high-quality beds and crisp linens. There are five modern bathrooms spread across the house, each finished to an excellent standard.
