Fleming Cottage has three bedrooms on the first floor, offering a Main Superking Bed with an ensuite shower and small wardrobe for hanging and clothes storage. The second King Bedroom with a shared Family Bathroom has a tall mirrored wardrobe, and the Twin Room with a trundle pull-out bed, can be set up for single or double occupancy. The downstairs area has a WC, open plan kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room with SmartTV and high-speed internet. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, double oven, and hob with extractor hood. You will also find a dishwasher and Bosch Washer/Dryer in the kitchen area. We have spared no expense on quality mattresses by the award-winning manufacturer Harrison Spinks and 300 thread-count bed linen, to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. This is a pet-free home to cater for people with pet allergies. Our bathroom products have been sourced from MadeKind, as they are eco-friendly, plant-based, non-toxic and cruelty-free. The property has an Electric Vehicle charge point in the parking bay and a lockable bike shed if you want to take advantage of a walking or cycling holiday. The property is within walking distance of the local Co Op, with a pharmacy and Gymnasium on the same site. The gym offers 12 different classes and takes bookings from non-members.
