Sleeping ten guests in five bedrooms, with two ensuite bathrooms and a large decking area with a BBQ overlooking Howells Mere, this detached holiday house is perfect for extended families or a group of friends looking for a touch of luxury whilst on holiday.
With free access to the estate's fantastic on-site facilities guests can also enjoy a swim in one of the three heated swimming pools, an energetic game of tennis or a gentle stroll through the 450 acres of lakeside walks and cycles paths that wind their way through the private nature reserve. Keep your eyes out for the resident beavers as well as Cuckoos, Water Voles, Nightingales and House Martins. Kids will love the 'Into the Wild' walks and play areas, whilst adults can treat themselve to a day of pampering at the Spa. If you are looking to try something different hire a paddle board on the man made beach or take a dip in the lily filled eco-pool. With cycling, fishing and boating also available on site it is fair to say there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained here.
If you do fancy venturing further afield there are plenty of local activities and attractions for big and little kids alike. Enjoy a family game of paintballing, or a day out at the Cotswold Country Park and Beach, the Westonbirt Arboretum or The Cotswold Farm Park. The fascinating Roman city of Bath is just an hour away or visit the Corinium Museum and Roman amphitheatre closer to home at Cirencester. Admire the grandeur of Blenheim Palace or Sudeley Castle or simply enjoy spending lazy days exploring antique shops, weekly markets and fine eateries in the picturesque Coldswolds towns and villages.
Sorrel House is available for bookings all year round and also accepts up to three well behaved dogs.

Sorrel House is a contemporary detached holiday house overlooking the lake at Howells Mere. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout with accommodation over three levels. The five bedrooms are split over the first two floors, with the ground floor bedrooms all having patio doors leading to decking, and the first floor bedrooms with patio doors opening onto a balcony. The stunning open plan living area makes the most of the fantastic lake views on the second floor.

Outside: There is a large decking area with outdoor seating and a Gas BBQ overlooking the lake. There are two further decking areas on the first and second floors. Off street parking for one car, with additional parking nearby.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests to bring towels for swimming and water-sports if they are required. Paddle boards and other equipment can be hired on site for the duration of your holiday. A travel cot (no bedding) and a high chair are available. Smoking is not permitted. Sorry but no hen or stag parties allowed.
