Lagoon Villa is in a desirable location on the exclusive Somerford Nines in Lower Mill Estate Estate in the Cotswold Water Park. The modern holiday home sleeps ten people in five spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms and an ideal layout for families, extended families and friends. You'll be the envy of your friends when they see your uninterrupted views over Somerford Lagoon and access to fantastic amenities that include a heated outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a spa with a steam room and a sauna, and outdoor sports and play areas. Guests also have access to the larger spa complex with a large heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and eco plunge pool. With walking and cycling routes from the door, and opportunities for fishing, boating and birdwatching, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing self-catering break in all seasons.
The Nines Estate is a small development of just nine waterfront villas. As part of the Lower Mills Estate, guests have their private area plus use of everything the estate offers. There are miles of traffic-free cycling routes and nature trails, two all-weather tennis courts, two adventure playgrounds, a soft-play area, a gym, a village shop, a cafe and a restaurant. Hire SUPs, kayaks, boats and other equipment at the Activity Hub, or book a place on a fitness class or a sunset walk to learn more about the birds and wildlife that thrive in the protected environment of the 450-acre Cotswold Water Park.
You could happily spend your entire holiday without even looking at your car. However, with the famous Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the doorstep, it would be a shame if you didn't get out and about even for a day. Take the kids to see the impressive Roman features in Cirencester, spread your towel on the sand at the Cotswold Country Park and Beach, see and pet rare breeds at Cotswold Farm Park, visit Chedworth Roman Villa, and admire National Trust Properties Snowshill and Clevedon Court. Further afield are picturesque villages like Bourton-on-the-Water and Upper and Lower Slaughter, and you're only an hour's drive from Bath and Bristol for a wider choice of shopping and sightseeing.
Lagoon Villa welcomes guests all year round. Short breaks and more extended stays (three to 28 nights) are possible, allowing you to plan a holiday that suits you, whether you only have a long weekend or plan to escape for the entire school holidays.

Outside: The villa has an enclosed lakefront deck with seating and a charcoal barbecue. There is off-street parking next to the house with more available a short walk away. A boat room can be used for storing bikes and SUPs - please request access to this when booking. Guests receive free use of the heated pool, spa, sauna, plunge pool, and gym.
Additional Information: Utilities, Ultrafast Fibre Broadband, fuel for the wood burner, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests to bring towels for use in the pool, cot bedding, and charcoal for the barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please enquire if you wish to bring more. A travel cot and a highchair are available. Sorry, no hen or stag parties allowed.
