Rosemary Cottage is a modern holiday home built using traditional materials and methods in keeping with its spectacular coastal surroundings. Trevaunance Cove and the South West Coast Path are mere steps from the flower-filled cottage garden, as are shops, takeaways and restaurants, and Driftwood Spars pub and brewery. The cottage is on a quiet residential road in St Agnes. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms and is ideal for couples or families with children over seven years of age accepted who want a fun and relaxing holiday within easy reach of some of Cornwall's best beaches and attractions.
St Agnes is a busy village with a thriving community with an enviable lifestyle. Trevaunance Cove doesn't attract the holiday crowds of some other beaches on the North Cornwall Coast, so you'll never have to fight your way through sandcastles and sunbathers to get to the water. Kids love exploring the old harbour and the rockpools, and with lifeguards on duty between mid-May and the end of September, you'll feel confident to let them swim and bodyboard to their heart's content. You can walk to Trevallas Porth at low tide, returning via the coastal footpath with incredible views. It's such a treat to have all of this virtually on your doorstep. St Agnes has a family-run butcher, bakery, grocers, and other shops, cafes, and amenities away from the beach.
The area around St Agnes is popular with walkers and cyclists. It's sometimes referred to as "Poldark Country" as it's where author Winston Graham lived and took inspiration for his famous series. Walk to St Agnes Beacon for panoramic views as far as St Ives, or go around trails maintained by the National Trust leading around St Agnes Head, Carn Gowla, and the Wheal Coates Tin Mine, which is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Coast to Coast cycling route is four miles from St Agnes, flowing through rural Cornwall for 11 miles between Portreath and Devoran. Guests can arrange bike hire and guided tours locally in the village. Surfing, kayaking, coasteering, and stand-up paddleboarding are also readily accessible, as are golf and fishing.
Rosemary Cottage is available for holiday bookings all year round. You can enjoy not only a summer holiday by the sea but autumn food festivals, winter walking holidays, Christmas events, and spring surfing breaks.

Outside: French doors open from the living area into the rear garden, where there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The landscaped front garden is full of seasonal flowers. There is off-street parking for two cars.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests to bring beach towels. The owner regrets they cannot accommodate children under seven years old or pets. Smoking is not permitted.
