Seabreeze Cottage is packed full of seaside charm and sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. Ideal for a family holiday by the sea, romantic break, or weekend away catching up with friends, this characterful cottage sits on a quiet residential road and has three bedrooms (one offering flexible sleeping as either a twin or super-king), a sun-trap of a garden (with sea views!), open fires and a kitchen equipped to handle everything from breakfasts to a full blown seafood supper. It also benefits from having free on-street parking).
Whether you enjoy walking, sight seeing, surfing, cycling, golf, sailing, fishing, cooking or simply lazing on the beach, Newlyn is an excellent choice for a holiday in West Cornwall. With its famous fishing harbour, there is always plenty going on and fresh fish landing most days, making it a real treat for those with a passion for seafood. Sitting right in the heart of the town, Seabreeze Cottage is a short stroll down to the harbour where you can access the South West Coastal Path with some six hundred and thirty miles of stunning seascapes and glorious countryside. The views from the harbour are simply stunning as you look out towards Mounts Bay and the picturesque Lizard Peninsular with iconic St Michael's Mount taking prime position in the distance.
Newlyn offers a great choice of pubs (what better place to sample the freshest of seafood!), as well as the Michelin Star Tolcarne Inn for those who enjoy fine dining. It is a popular destination amongst artists (Stanhope Thorpe used to live in the village) with its own art school and gallery attracting artists of all abilities. There is also a Filmhouse - just perfect for a rainy day, and plenty of wildlife to spot (keep your eye out for seals or even a dolphin off the coast).
For those who can tear themselves away from Newlyn, picturesque Mousehole and Penzance are within easy reach (you can walk there) or travel a little further and visit St Ives (whose beauty attracts artists and photographers from far and wide), Marazion and iconic Lands End (take your camera!). Take in a production at the Minack Theatre or a ferry from Penzance Harbour and visit the Scilly Isles.
Just a mile from Penzance train station, Seabreeze Cottage has wide appeal and offers the opportunity to escape away by the sea in this beautiful part of West Cornwall.

A much loved family home, Seabreeze Cottage provides a warm welcome at any time of the year.
Accommodation comprises:

Outside: The garden is split across two levels with two patio areas (each with outdoor furniture - BBQ also provided). The gate is lockable, providing secure storage for bikes and outdoor gear.
Additional information: Quality bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided (please bring beach towels). Heating, electricity and a starter pack of logs are provided (logs are only provided in the winter and utilities are included on a fair usage basis). Plenty of beach and picnic equipment provided (see owners site) to lighten the load of packing. Wii games console provided. One (maybe two- please contact with details) well behaved dog by prior arrangement (an additional charge of £25 applies to cover additional cleaning). No smoking.
