There are traffic-free footpaths, cycling routes and bridleways leading from the property, which is around 20-minutes from the cathedral city of Truro, historical Falmouth, arty St Ives and laid-back Newquay. The cottage can sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms, with a sunny garden often visited by badgers from a nearby sett.
