Sheringham and Cromer are two and three miles respectively - you can take the train from West Runton if you don't want to drive. Sleeping up to 4 guests in a choice of 4 bedrooms, Anchor Cottage is an ideal all year round retreat, with boat mooring and fishing directly from your own private riverside terrace. The Norfolk coast and beaches are located within a short 25 minute drive and the City of Norwich is within easy reach either by car or train (Wroxham Station is located close by, within 15 minutes walk). The adjoining riverside villages of Wroxham and Hoveton offer a great choice of attractions, including Thai, Indian, gourmet and takeaway food options. You can't get more waterfront than this holiday cottage in the Norfolk Broads. Yare Cottage is in Wroxham, with the marina on one side and the River Bure on the other. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms and is child and pet-friendly. You're close to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, bike rental and boat hire. There are private fishing rights for anglers and a golf course nearby. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are only half an hour's drive from the self-catering property, giving you excellent access to the best of the Broads in all seasons. 

The ground floor annex was built in 1991 and blends beautifully with the main building. Finished to a very high standard, double glazed and effective heating make early or late holidays comfortably warm. The small back garden is totally enclosed by an ornamental wrought iron fence. Garden furniture and a BBQ are supplied in Summer, the aspect is Southern. Parking for one car in the drive Entry is into a brick built conservatory with a tiled floor, double glazing, dining chairs, plus two upholstered wicker easy chairs. An ideal place for a lazy breakfast (or even better, try the beach café in Summer and relax). Airy open plan lounge with a storage heater.
