It has a private mooring and guests can fish from the waterfront deck. There are three bedrooms to sleep six people, with shops, cafes, pubs and other amenities all within walking distance. Wroxham is three miles away, Norwich is 12 miles, and you can reach the North Norfolk Coast and beaches like Cromer in around half an hour. It's a heavenly spot that's perfect for exploring the Broads on foot, by boat or by bicycle.
