Bayses Barn is set completely alone down a green lane with the most stunning views across a meadow and pond towards the Glaven valley. Once an old lambing shed and yard, the development of this barn into a self-catering holiday cottage was all about the location and the view. It’s great for families or couples, but with all of the bedrooms having an ensuite bathroom, is also ideal for friends. You will struggle to find a more idyllic location. There are lovely footpaths and cycling routes, all accessible from the door and beaches and market towns a short drive away.
The local Georgian market town of Holt is only four miles from Briningham and offers a great selection of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. The wide selection of shops makes it a great place for browsing and shopping and there is an excellent butcher and fishmonger as well as Bakers and Larners department store with its brilliant Food Hall. As far as eating out goes, Bayses Barn is surrounded by excellent pubs and restaurants as well as having one of the best Thai takeaway restaurants in Norfolk, just down the road!
Blakeney and Morston (seal trips out to Blakeney Point) are just seven miles from Briningham and the rest of the North Norfolk coast is very accessible. The beautiful beaches at Holkham and Wells and Cromer and Sheringham are all close by and other great attractions such as BeWILDerwood, Roarrr!!! Dinosaur Adventure Park, Muckleburgh Military Museum, the Queen’s estate at Sandringham and Holkham Hall are all within easy reach. It doesn’t matter the age or interests of your party, as there is plenty to do in all weathers.

Bayses Barn is a single-storey barn conversion with beautiful rural views of fields and grazing sheep.
Outside: Enjoy eating on the patio with spectacular valley views in the enclosed garden. There is ample parking next to the cottage.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath towels, and fuel for the wood burner (October to April) are included. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome with more possible by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed.
