Located at the bottom of the (Old) High Street which is a quiet narrow road just yards from the Buttlands and a short walk to the Quay. This area of Wells is popular with holidaymakers due to its abundance of fisherman's cottages, narrow quaint alleyways. From the cottage all of Wells next the Sea attractions are within an easy walk, The Buttlands housing the famous Crown Hotel, pubs, restaurants, shops, nature trail & coastal paths. Accommodation features an open plan kitchen and dining room, cosy lounge, two bedrooms and en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen has a lofted ceiling, a range of shaker units, a fridge-freezer and dishwasher, with seating around a pine table for 6-8 people. A washing machine and tumble drier are available in an adjacent utility room.
The comfortable lounge has a gas burning stove, modern Smart-TV with Blu-ray player and movies for you to enjoy. A range of classic family board games are available.
Downstairs features a shower room and toilet, whilst upstairs offers a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a four poster double bed, with a built in wardrobe for storage. Off of the master bedroom the bathroom features a large Fired Earth bath and heated towel rail. The second bedroom features two full size single beds with under bed storage, drawers and shelving.
Outside of the stable door is a south facing patio area with seats and a table. A brick outhouse provides storage for crab buckets, spades and bikes. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
Free parking is available 30 yards from the front door.

August 24: Firstly, wow! We had an amazing week. Honestly the cottage was lovely! we have already been out purchasing little decorative items based on what she saw in the cottage! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fab time.

June 23: We had a really good week in Wells! We have stayed in Wells many times in the past. We all loved the cottage, it was so well equipped with such nice things . We very much appreciated the welcome box. Our family came one day and the children enjoyed all the toys. We loved the courtyard and enjoyed afternoon cups of tea sitting in the sunshine. The cottage was in such a great position for pubs in the evening, the two supermarkets and Staithe Street. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wells. We have stayed in holiday cottages in other parts of the UK and this was by far the best. We hope to stay with you again. Thank you for letting us use your lovely cottage. SD
