Lovely south facing, groundfloor cottage in the small village of Wiveton.  Sleeps four in two bedrooms.  Ideal for two guests wanting that extra bit of space or for a family of four during the holidays.  Spacious kitchen/dining with an Aga (winter months only).  Lovely sitting room which opens out through French doors to the sunny terrace area.  Open fire - wood provided.  Huge master bedroom with super king size bed and fitted cupboards.  Twin bedroom.  Bathroom and separate shower room.

Teddy’s Retreat is a dog-friendly, two-bedroom (4 person) rural cottage in West Beckham, North Norfolk, offering a peaceful base close to the region’s renowned coastline. The property combines rustic charm—such as wooden floors and an open fire—with modern comfort and thoughtful accommodation for guests with dogs. Located within walking distance of a village pub and Sheringham Park, the cottage provides convenient access to key attractions including some of Norfolk’s best beaches, Nature Reserves and quirky towns of Holt, Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea.  Guests can relax indoors with Sky TV, WiFi, and a cosy fire, or enjoy the mature, enclosed south-facing garden with dining areas and a BBQ. The cottage is available for bookings from March to December; we welcome children aged 7+ and up to two medium-sized dogs.

There is loads to do, especially if you enjoy walking or cycling through spectacular scenery rich with flora and fauna. 

You'll understand why so many people love holidaying at Canfers Barn as soon as you arrive. The former stable and cart shed is now a beautiful single-storey holiday cottage sleeping two people in one bedroom with a dog also welcome. It's on a quiet family-run farm with five other properties, a few miles from Holt and Blakeney and within easy reach of Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. It's in West Runton, across the road from the golf course, a short stroll from a pub, and a relaxed ten-minute walk to a busy village shop and the beach. Sheringham and Cromer are two and three miles respectively - you can take the train from West Runton if you don't want to drive. The cottage is child and dog friendly and available for holiday bookings all year round. 

Tractor Cottage a dog friendly property located near to our our main site and just a few minutes stroll from the beach at Weybourne.  also close to the  excellent village pub and shop/cafe. This family friendly holiday home is popular with those looking to explore the glorious countryside and coast of Norfolk with superb on-site facilities including an indoor pool, play areas indoors and out and even a beauty room to book some holiday pampering. Lovely walks, a stunning coastline and plenty of attractions for day trips out. Great choice for families and couples. Tractor Cottage has a vaulted upstairs lounge, and ground floor bedrroms, king and twein (with en suite w/c), shower room and kitchen/diner.  Outside seating and off road parking for two cars.

Cleat Cottage is in the quiet hamlet of Cockthorpe with sea views in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a few miles from Wells-next-the-Sea and the beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk Coast. It is ideal for couples or families as it sleeps four/five people in two bedrooms and is dog friendly, with a garden and off-street parking. There are lovely walks from the village, including routes to Stiffkey, Morston, and Blakeney. Cromer, Sheringham and Holkham are all within easy reach, as are favourite attractions like Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, and SEA LIFE Hunstanton.

Myrtle’s Barn, named after the owner’s grandmother, is in rural Norfolk a few miles from Holt and within easy reach of Wells, Cromer and Holkham beaches. The barn, once used as a potato store on the owner’s farm has been recently converted. It is now a self-catering holiday home furnished to a very high level. It is well suited to families and friends, sleeping six people in three ensuite bedrooms with a private garden. Harold’s barn is adjacent to Myrtle’s Barn and they can be booked together for extended families or holidays with friends.
