From Holt:
Follow the A148 Cromer Rd through High Kelling and Bodham.
After about 1/4 mile you will see the Sheringham Park entrance on your left, turn right here signposted West Beckham, down the Sheringham Road. As you follow this road, Back Lane will be found on the left-hand side, which is an un-adopted road. After turning into Back Lane follow the road as it bears right, carry straight on past the right-hand Private Road turning, this leads to the allocated parking space marked 'Teddy's Parking' on the right. Look to the left and walk 10 yards to the gravel drive. Teddy's Retreat is the last terraced cottage on the left. There is a picket gate marked Teddy's Retreat.
