Lovely south facing two bedroom cottage in the small village of Wiveton close to the North Norfolk Coast. South facing with a sheltered terrace and secure garden. Short walk to the very popular Wiveton Bell. Dogs welcome. One mile from Cley and one and a half miles from Blakeney. A five to ten minute walk to the coastal path at Cley. Ideal location for exploring North Norfolk. Excellent area for birdwatchers, walkers, and cyclists. (Garage available for bike storage). Four miles from the Georgian market town of Holt. Renowned for it's boutique shopping experience and wealth of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Friday changeovers. Seven nights minimum, although on occasion short stays may be available out of season.
Please note that this cottage is very popular and gets booked up well in advance - early booking is advised.
Private off road parking for up to 3 cars. Close to front door. Wooden garage ideal for bikes.
Shower room with toilet and washbasin and utility room with boiler (oil fired) with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Kitchen/dining room with eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. Aga in winter months.
Large sitting room with open fire (logs and kindling provided). TV, DVD and Wifi. Large sofa and comfy chairs.
French doors open to walled, sheltered south facing patio with outdoor furniture and enclosed private garden.
Master bedroom is very large with super king size bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have fitted cupboards.
Bathroom with bath, wash basin and toilet.
Bed linen, towels, mattress and pillow protectors, bath mats and tea towels provided.
