Nestled perfectly between the classic seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, East Runton is set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is also part of the scenic Norfolk Coastal Path Walking Trail. Cromer, often called the 'Gem of the Norfolk Coast,' is famous for its delicious crabs and its iconic Victorian pier, home to one of the country’s last remaining end-of-pier theatres. Meanwhile, Sheringham boasts the historic Poppy Line heritage railway, offering a delightful scenic journey to the charming market town of Holt.

It is fully double-glazed and equipped with a comprehensive gas central heating system, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout. Additionally, a cozy log burner adds a touch of romance for those enchanting winter getaways, with all necessary materials provided for your convenience.

An inviting tiled entrance hall leads to a fully tiled cloakroom with a washbasin and a downstairs toilet.
