Bay Tree Cottage Accommodation
Bright, beautifully furnished, and fully double-glazed with central heating throughout. A cozy log burner (logs included) makes it ideal for year-round getaways.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: Tiled hallway leading to a cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Lounge: Spacious living area with a leather Chesterfield suite, flat-screen Smart TV, books, and board games.
Dining Room: Large table seating six.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, and initial cleaning supplies (dishwasher tablets, tea towels, etc.).
Conservatory & Garden: West-facing conservatory with comfortable seating, opening onto a patio with outdoor dining, an enclosed lawn, and a summerhouse. Direct access to a garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.
