Baytree Cottage is  a leisurely ten-minute stroll from the beautiful, Blue Flag-awarded sandy beaches of East Runton. This peaceful, uncrowded spot offers plenty of space to build sandcastles, explore the fascinating rock pools which are revealed at low tide and enjoy the natural beauty of the coastline. Perfect for your beach holiday.

The cottage features beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed private gardens, a fully furnished summer house and outdoor furniture. Perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, it includes a fully functional garage and an off-road driveway that offers secure parking for up to three vehicles.

Nestled perfectly between the classic seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, East Runton is set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is also part of the scenic Norfolk Coastal Path Walking Trail. Cromer, often called the 'Gem of the Norfolk Coast,' is famous for its delicious crabs and its iconic Victorian pier, home to one of the country’s last remaining end-of-pier theatres. Meanwhile, Sheringham boasts the historic Poppy Line heritage railway, offering a delightful scenic journey to the charming market town of Holt.
East Runton’s unique Victorian blue brick railway viaducts separate the village's two picturesque commons Lower Common and Top Common, where you’ll find serene duck ponds and a delightful play area (on Top Common), complete with swings and slides for children to enjoy.
