Cromer Flint Cottage is the perfect seaside holiday home, sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms. Ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and with all the amenities of Cromer on your doorstep, this peaceful spot is perfect for families or couples (and dogs!) wanting to explore the north Norfolk coast. Refurbished in 2018, this coastal themed cottage has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday by the sea. Cook up a seafood feast in the well-equipped kitchen, relax by the wood burning fire or enjoy a sundowner on the enclosed patio. Upstairs you will find two cosy bedrooms with pocket sprung mattresses and there is an outside tap to wash down those sandy feet and paws.
Whilst the vibrant town of Cromer might be most well-known for its’ traditional pier and crab sandwiches, there is much more to this Victorian seaside resort. Steeped in Victorian heritage and peppered with fantastic restaurants, independent shops and local art galleries, there is plenty to explore. The Cromer museum is a must for anyone wanting to learn more about the town’s fishing heritage, whilst the RNLI lifeboat station and Henry Blogg museum are also worth a visit. During the summer months, big and little kids alike will enjoy the fairground rides, crazy golf and pitch and putt on the clifftop overlooking the sea whilst beach lovers can hire a beach hut and settle down for a day of sea, sand and swimming.
If you want to explore further afield there are plenty of attractions to keep everyone entertained. There are numerous walking opportunities along the North Norfolk Coast and plenty of pretty villages to explore. Golfers can combine a round of golf with some salty sea air at the Royal Cromer or Sheringham Golf Courses, or train enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful coastal and countryside views on board the North Norfolk Steam Railway. The Norfolk Broads are half an hours drive away. Hire a boat and explore the network of waterways, try a new watersports activity or simply enjoy a leisurely picnic surrounded by beautiful countryside and wonderful wildlife.
