Tractor Cottage at Home Farm sleeps up to four guests and is one of a collection of holiday homes enviably located on Norfolk's stunning coast. With excellent on-site facilities that include an indoor heated pool, beauty room for pampering, games room and play areas, this single level retreat is a popular choice with families, as well as couples (one or two) looking to getaway by the sea.
Home Farm has an extensive range of self-catering available, and larger groups can be accommodated when multiple properties are booked together. Whether you are booking your family holiday or arranging a break away with your extended family and friends, Home Farm caters for everyones needs, whether you are looking for dog-friendly or pet-free accommodation.
Situated on the outskirts of the Norfolk village of Weybourne, Home Farm affords a peaceful position with the added convenience of being within walking distance of a good pub, a small shop and the beach. As well as a good range of essentials, the village store has a cafe for refreshments, and the pub has an excellent reputation for locally sourced food and an extensive range of some 100 gins!
More shops, pubs and restaurants can be found in nearby Sheringham. A popular seaside town, Sheringham is just three miles away and the starting point for the Poppy Line where you can catch a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to Holt.
Even if you don't have a car, or prefer to not use it on holiday, there are plenty of things to see and do when you stay at Home Farm. Lace up your walking boots and enjoy lovely walks from Weybourne village through Norfolk's glorious countryside, woodland, marshes and coastline. Alternatively, just relax on one of the wonderful beaches. Whether you like the pebbles of Weybourne, the rock pools of West Runton or the soft golden sand of Cromer and Hunstanton, Norfolk has some of the country's most beautiful beaches that are all within easy reach of Home Farm.
For wildlife, head to Blakeney Point to see the seals, or Titchwell if the feathered variety hold more interest. Days inland are every bit as much fun with popular attractions including; the Muckleburgh Military Museum (within walking distance of Home Farm), three golf courses within just a few miles; Priory Maze and Gardens, and the Dinosaur Adventure Park for the little ones; the Bure Valley Railway; country houses and gardens like Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall, Baconsthorpe Castle and the Queen’s very own holiday retreat Sandringham Estate.
Norfolk has been a favourite family holiday destination for generations and for very good reason. The countryside and coastline are simply stunning, the wildlife is abundant and the welcome is warm. Whether you are a regular to Norfolk coast or a first time visitor, Home Farm will immediately make you feel at home.
