What: Oasis Barn [NOW CLOSED]
Four properties in one makes it perfect for multi-generational family or friend groups who want to spend time together but need their own private space. All accommodation is at ground level, making it ideal for young and old alike. Every barn is finished to an exceptionally high standard and supplied with everything we could think that self-catering holiday guests would expect. Plus, we also offer an extensive welcome basket to all our guests.
For every bedroom there is a bathroom and all barns are sumptuously finished with Egyptian cotton bedding and towels and cosy underfloor heating.
Each barn has access to the pond area and gardens, which provide a large patio area with a table and chairs. Here, with views over the open fields, you will find the ideal setting for sipping your summer Pimm’s.
The large communal dining/games room provides TV, games and books for your use and seating for relaxation. It is a perfect area for the social gathering of a group.

South of Bungay on the Suffolk side of the river Waveney are a handful of small villages known locally as 'The Saints'. Here lies All Saints South Elmham with its wealth of open countryside. The area is popular with cyclists because of its maze of narrow country lanes. In the heart of the Waveney Valley with its idyllic villages and unique market towns, All Saints South Elmham is an unspoilt haven of wildlife, big open skies and a mild dry climate. Situated equal distance from both the pretty market town of Halesworth (famous for its Arts and offering shopping as it used to be) and the historic market town of Bungay, All Saints is a superb location for holiday makers. With tranquil surroundings and spectacular views across the fields All Saints offers an escape from the frantic pace of everyday life. Oasis consists of 4 independent barns within the same building. With names, spotted from birds around the barn during conversion, they are:
- Partridge (1 bedroom): Sleeps 2
- Pheasant (1 bedroom): Sleeps 2
- Kingfisher (2 bedrooms): Sleeps 4
- Moorhen (2 bedrooms): Sleeps 4
Every bedroom can be made up of a king-sized double or twin bed. Travel cots and/or high-chairs can be supplied for the very young.

Parents should be aware there is a deep natural pond within the communal gardens that are shared by all the barns. Friday change over during peak season but flexible off-peak. We only allow group bookings during the peak holiday periods, at any other time individual barns can be booked separately. Maximum of one well behaved dog per barn please.
