Grove Farm offers four beautifully converted homes sleeping from 2 up to 27 people in a secluded rural setting close to Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich.  The Farmhouse (sleeps 13),  Alfred's Barn (8), The Milking Parlour (4) and The Orchard Wagon (2) at Grove Farm are situated in extensive grounds surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking farmland and an orchard.  Each property can be hired out separately.  Furnished and decorated to the highest standards, these stylish properties offer comfortable holiday accommodation for from 2 to 27 guests, making it ideal for a romantic getaway , a family holiday or a larger group celebration.  With dining up to 27 people in Alfred's Barn or 21 in The Farmhouse (or alternatively outdoors), Grove Farm is ideal for a large gathering of family or friends.   Properties can be rented individually or together catering to any group up to 27 people.

Alfred’s Barn, a stunning timber-framed thatched barn dating from 1740, close to Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold.  With a vast open plan kitchen sitting and dining area, sitting TV room, games room, and 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), the barn is full of original details with a contemporary style and sleeps up to 8.  This amazing conversion is extremely spacious, full of light and furnished with a pleasant mix of classic and contemporary style.  Located in an idyllic rural setting at Grove Farm with its extensive gardens and surrounded by farmland, woods, an orchard, and ponds, it provides the perfect holiday escape.  For larger groups who choose to also stay in the other properties at Grove Farm, the dining area seats up to 27 people (with extra tables and benches) under the unique globe chandeliers. 

The Milking Parlour is an exceptionally spacious converted farm building close to the beaches at Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold.  With a bright and spacious open plan kitchen diner, a sitting room with a classic Jotul wood stove and 2 bedrooms, it sleeps up to 4 in double or twin beds.  The floor to ceiling glazed doors provide amazing light and open on to the terrace and extensive south facing garden.  The galleried hall with the open plan dining area, seating area and stylish kitchen beyond, creates a relaxing and wonderful space for a holiday.  This delightful holiday cottage has been restored to an exceptionally high standard by its owner who has paid much attention to provide a charming blend of character features with a contemporary feel. 

This fifteenth century farmhouse, set in an idyllic location, The Farmhouse at Grove Farm offers a peaceful rural escape yet near to the seaside towns of Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich and excellent pubs and restaurants.  Restored to exceptionally high standards retaining its original features, it provides two sitting rooms with open fires, a huge kitchen diner seating up to 21 (with table extensions), six individually designed bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The Farmhouse accommodates up to thirteen guests, making it ideal for large groups of friends or family who want to holiday together or celebrate a special occasion.    For a larger party, the four properties at Grove Farm sleep up to 27 people with ample dining in Alfred's Barn.
