Pettistree House is a magnificent large country house in the historic market town of Woodbridge, close to the Suffolk Coast. The elegant Georgian manor is a beautiful venue for group self-catering holidays with the ability to accommodate up to 30 guests in 15 sumptuous bedrooms. Guests enjoy a high standard of accommodation akin to that of a luxurious boutique hotel, together with elegant spaces to entertain and relax that include 13 acres of private grounds. Pettistree is perfect for hosting special celebrations, intimate weddings, hen weekends, and a traditional Christmas with all of your extended family.
Woodbridge is a beautiful town beside the River Debden, with a fantastic array of independent boutiques and restaurants, a vibrant quay, and regular market days. A stroll beside the river to Tide Mill is a lovely way to work up an appetite for lunch, or stay closer to home and use one of the many footpaths and cycling routes that are accessible from Pettistree House.
Days out can include a walk along the beach followed by lunch and shopping at Aldeburgh, admiring the Viking treasures at Sutton Hoo, browsing around Framlingham market and castle, sailing on a chartered yacht, or greeting the residents at Jimmy's Farm. The size of Pettistree's house and grounds allow for you to organise an enormous variety of activities ranging from dance lessons to archery, cooking masterclasses and an inflatable obstacle course. The owners can provide ideas and information about how to make your country house holiday one that you and your guests will never forget.

Pettistree House is a beautiful period property that has been sympathetically restored and modernised to provide a welcoming and luxurious retreat for 21st Century guests.
Accommodation is over two levels and includes:
Outside: Pettistree House is surrounded by 13 acres of grounds which include lawn, woodland, and a terrace with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor hot tub, and ample parking for guests.
Additional Information: All utilities, bed linen, bath towels and WiFi are provided. The three ground floor bedrooms are suitable for guests who use a wheelchair - please look at the accessibility statement on the owner's website for further information. Short breaks are possible all year. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
