This lovely Cottage is all on the ground floor, offering plenty of space for you to unwind. Perfectly cosy for two, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.
As you enter this delightful cottage, you'll be greeted by a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen/diner is such a lovely space, fully equipped and ready for you to whip up tasty meals, complete with a charming dining table for those delightful dinners with loved ones. The roomy living room welcomes you with its comfy sofa and armchair, perfect for unwinding after a long day. On cooler evenings, you can gather around the log-effect fire, which adds a lovely touch of cosiness, or enjoy a film night together with the TV!
Our charming cottage, where sunshine greets you every day with its lovely south-facing position! You’ll find patio doors that open up to a delightful patio area, along with a beautiful shared garden and orchard just waiting for you to explore. It’s such a wonderful spot to unwind and truly soak in the wonderful surroundings! We’ve thoughtfully provided some patio furniture, so you can kick back and make the most of your time here. Imagine starting your day with a leisurely breakfast or savouring a quiet morning coffee in this lovely outdoor space. And if you fancy a BBQ night , just let us know— we’ll happily let you have a charcoal BBQ.
Welcome to the bedroom, where a wonderfully comfy Super-king-size bed awaits, inviting you to sink into its softness. If you prefer, we can easily change this into two single beds for you—just let us know before you arrive! You'll find loads of space to store your belongings, with a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables to keep everything neat and tidy. Need a bit more sleeping space? No problem! There's a handy fold-out bed snugly tucked away in the living room, just in case. And don’t forget about the en-suite bathroom, featuring a lovely shower/bath where you can relax and unwind after a busy day.

Suffolk is such a gem, with its lovely farming countryside and stunning heritage coastline. You’ll find plenty of hidden treasures here, like the delightful towns of Lavenham, Bury St Edmunds, and Framlingham, each brimming with their own unique charm.
Barn Cottages is the ideal location for exploring Suffolk, whether it be the beautiful heritage coast which has the lovely seaside towns of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Thorpness or the rural towns and villages. Bury St Edmunds is a lovely town with a Cathedral and its abbey gardens, it is renowned for it great food, whether it be dining in one of the many restaurants or cafes, or selecting produce from the local market which is held on a Wednesday and Saturday, or enjoy a local pint of Green King beer in one of the pubs. Rural Suffolk also has some beautiful historic villages, which are lovely for a stop off whilst out walking or cycling or for having time to unwind and relax whilst exploring the delights of Suffolk. Some other local attractions are Helmingham Hall Gardens, Framlingham Castle, Ixworth House & Mid Suffolk Light Railway museum.
Barn Cottage No 4 is available for short breaks off season and weekly breaks during Peak Season, but please always contact us as we might be able to accommodate you. Barn Cottages also has other holiday cottages at the same location, Barn Cottage No 1 is also advertised on Independent Cottages.
