Barn Cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms and is presented to a high standard at a consistent price throughout each year. It is a popular choice with couples, friends and families.
The holiday cottage offers everything needed for an enjoyable holiday and is located in the beautiful Suffolk market town of Framlingham with its impressive castle that is a short stroll away and dates back to the 12th Century.
Barn Cottage has two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two singles), two shower rooms and a spacious open-plan style living area with plenty of room to cook, dine and relax. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, the reading room provides a nice place to escape for some peace and quiet and there is a large garden for relaxing outside when the sun shines. The downstairs shower room is equipped with grab rails and is adjacent to the downstairs, double bedroom.
The historic market town of Framlingham sits between Norwich and Ipswich and is close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast with popular destinations such as Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings and Southwold within just a thirty minute drive. There are also unspoilt beaches at Thorpeness, Dunwich and Walberswick, all within easy reach.
With plenty of quiet country lanes, the surrounding area is popular with cyclists and also those who want to explore the countryside on foot.
Exceptionally well situated, Barn Cottage offers plenty for those who want to avoid using the car. You can walk to the meadows of Framlingham's medieval castle within one minute or take a five minute walk to the quaint town centre which boasts numerous good pubs and restaurants. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a traditional market in the Square where you can purchase local produce.

Outside: Guests have plenty of space to relax outside in the large garden during the warmer months with a decked area at the front of the property with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Plenty of off-road parking available but please note that the gravel driveway is on a slight slope and may not suit sports vehicles.
Additional information: There is underfloor, water-driven heating throughout the holiday cottage. Bed linen, towels and a barbecue are provided. The property has wheelchair access but please note that there are no further specific disability facilities. Please check with the owner that Barn Cottage suits your requirements before making a booking.
