There is plenty to keep everyone occupied indoors and outside in every season including cricket on the lawn, film nights and fiercely contested games of snooker. The owners can help with advice if you want to arrange extra activities or catering, making it easy to treat yourself and your guests to a wonderful experience without added stress. Day trips can feature marvelling at the magnificence of Chatsworth House, getting your thrills on the rides at Alton Towers, guided walking, horseriding or mountain biking tours through the Peak District National Park, and touring the famous potteries of Stoke-on-Trent. Indulge in beauty treatments and spa days, play golf, and fish on the Derbyshire River Derwent.
The owners of Peak Manor have recently had the interiors updated by an award-winning designer, keeping the elegance and charm of original features while refreshing furnishings and furniture to ensure you and your guests have the most comfortable stay possible. Every room looks as if it's been lifted from the pages of a glossy magazine yet, for all its opulence, the house still feels like a home (albeit a large one!) where you and your guests are welcomed as family.

Peak Manor is a fine example of a late-Victorian country house. It has an unusual clock tower above the entrance, with separate accommodation wings sweeping out on either side. Highlights include:
Outside: The house is set back from the road behind a gated driveway. Three acres of grounds include a fountain, manicured lawns, woodland, seating areas, and a terrace with an outdoor dining space. There is ample off-street parking.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Short breaks are possible, depending on availability. A travel cot (no bedding) and a highchair are available. Pets are not permitted.
