Enjoy the new and improved Holly House from September 2025! 16 Bedroom imposing house 23 to 38 people, with space for events of up to 90 people This stunning large house is getting a major revamp  to evoke a relaxed spa-like calmness.   We're embracing the stunning trees and nature around us, to provide a tranquil retreat away from it all. With 16 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms (most of which are ensuite) three large lounge areas and a conservatory that's perfect for meals and games, there's plenty of space to enjoy time with friends, family, loved-ones and colleagues. ​ The price displayed is for 23 people, based on guests sharing nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. For larger groups, there is a supplement for each individual up to a maximum of 40 guests. (and more bedrooms/bathrooms will be opened as required). The modern Shaker kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering, but you're only a short stroll from the Red Lion village pub in Waterfall if you don't want to cook.
