Self Catering Holiday Cottages in Derby

Beautiful 5/6 bedroomed cottage with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The cottage overlooks the Derwent Valley and river Derwent which runs through the village. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests in five upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs snug off the living area with double full-sized double sofa-bed. There are gardens to the front and rear with BBQ and outside garden furniture and garden games including swingball and garden jenga. Matlock Bath is known as the seaside town without the sea and you'll soon see why! There are shops, pubs, restaurants and amusements all along the main promenades plus loads of things to do right here in the village including boat trips, cable car rides, a children's theme park, a nine hole indoor crazy golf, an aquarium and even a Victorian lido crammed with giant Koi Carp. Brailsford Water Mill can accommodate 20 guests in 8 bedrooms split over 3 floors. There is a large kitchen where everyone can dine together. A spacious lounge with the original mill stones on show. There is a large garden to enjoy with a BBQ area with outdoor seating and mill pods to look out over with plenty of wildlife to sit an watch.    The bedrooms range from twin rooms, double rooms and family rooms (double and bunkbeds) Cots are also available if needed.  There are 2 bathrooms, 1 shower rooms and 1 ensuite shower room. There is a lounge on the middle floor with original mill stone features.  The kitchen is located on the ground floor with a large table and breakfast bar so you can all eat together.  The gardens wrap around the side of the property with an outdoor seating area for BBQs and alfresco dining.  There are 2 mill ponds one to the front and back which are linked together via a mill race that goes down the side of the property.  There
