Come and celebrate at Crow Pie Cottage! Perfect for three-generation family stays, Hen/Stags, friends' reunions and more. Beautiful 5/6 bedroomed cottage with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The cottage overlooks the Derwent Valley and river Derwent which runs through the village. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in five upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs snug off the living area with double full-sized double sofa-bed. There are gardens to the front and rear with BBQ and outside garden furniture and garden games including swingball and garden jenga. Matlock Bath is known as the seaside town without the sea and you'll soon see why! There are shops, pubs, restaurants, a live music venue and amusements all along the main promenades plus loads of things to do right here in the village including boat trips, cable car rides, a children's theme park, a nine hole indoor crazy golf, an aquarium and even a Victorian lido crammed with giant Koi Carp. The cottage is nestled on the hillside of Matlock bath looking down over the village in a quiet location just five minutes walk from all the hustle and bustle of the village. We've 4 parking spaces at the cottage which is a rarity in Matlock Bath, with further free on-street parking within 1 minute walk down the lane.  We don't take pets, so rest assured, if you or any of your party are allergic to pets/dander, you won't find it here. 

Croft House Barn is a superb choice for families or friends. The Peak District holiday cottage has three ensuite bedrooms, one of which is downstairs and can be set up as a twin or a superking room to suit your needs. The modern Shaker kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering, but you're only a short stroll from the Red Lion village pub in Waterfall if you don't want to cook. Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the Monsal and Tissington Trails, Bakewell, the museums of Derby and Stoke-on-Trent are just a few suggestions for fun days out.  Tourist board rating: 4 Star Gold

Here's a place with room for everyone! The Grade II listed Mermaid Inn is in a fantastic spot, offering a high-standard of self-catering accommodation in the Peak District for up to 34 people in 13 ensuite bedrooms. It feels remote and rural with no neighbours for a country mile, but Buxton is only a 20 minute drive and Leek is even closer. The house is a former pub and built for hospitality and entertaining, making it ideal for extended family celebrations, hen and stag weekends, and fun team building events.

A spacious lounge with the original mill stones on show. There is a large garden to enjoy with a BBQ area with outdoor seating and mill pods to look out over with plenty of wildlife to sit an watch.    The bedrooms range from twin rooms, double rooms and family rooms (double and bunkbeds) Cots are also available if needed.  There are 2 bathrooms, 1 shower rooms and 1 ensuite shower room. There is a lounge on the middle floor with original mill stone features.  The kitchen is located on the ground floor with a large table and breakfast bar so you can all eat together.  The gardens wrap around the side of the property with an outdoor seating area for BBQs and alfresco dining.  There are 2 mill ponds one to the front and back which are linked together via a mill race that goes down the side of the property.  There
